By virtue of the provisions entering into force on 9 June 2026, the levels of language proficiency indicated on certificates, which may be issued without the need to take a certification exam, will change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A foreigner or a Polish citizen permanently residing abroad will be able to apply for a certificate of language proficiency \u2013 in the case of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>to obtain a doctorate \u2013 C2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Completion of first-cycle studies - B2;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- completion of second-cycle or uniform master's studies \u2013 C1;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>completion of schooling referred to in Art. 11a para. 4 points 2 letters b, c, da and e of the Polish Language Act - B2;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- completion of school or forms of education referred to in Article 11a(4)(2)(d) and (f) of the Polish Language Act - B1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hereby inform you that all applications for certificates submitted before 9 June will be processed in accordance with the existing regulations.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>W dniu 26 maja 2026 r. w Dzienniku Ustaw Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej opublikowana zosta\u0142a ustawa z dnia 30 kwietnia 2026 r. o zmianie ustawy o j\u0119zyku polskim oraz ustawy o Narodowej Agencji Wymiany Akademickiej (Dz.
