An application for a certificate without passing an examination should be submitted to the Commission via the National Academic Exchange Agency.

The application is examined by the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language, which adopts a relevant resolution.
Information on the result of the Commission's consideration of the application and data for the transfer of the fee for the issue of the certificate (equivalent of 20 Euros in PLN) are sent by e-mail to the address given in the application. The Commission's resolution is uploaded to the NAWA system.
Please do not send a transfer confirmation.
The certificate is issued within 30 days from the date the fee is credited.
NOTE! Due to the large number of applications for certification without having to pass an exam, the waiting period for the Commission to process an application is approximately 120 days.
