In accordance with Article 11a(7). Laws on the Polish language the person referred to in paragraph 4 shall be issued with a certificate attesting to his/her knowledge of Polish as a foreign language at the proficiency level - respectively in the case of:
- obtaining a doctoral degree - C1;
- completion:
- first degree - B2,
- second-cycle studies in Polish philology - C1,
- second-cycle studies in a field other than those referred to in points b - B2,
- Single Master's degree - B2;
- graduation from a school or other form of education referred to in paragraph 4(2)(b-f - B1.
