The acceptance and referral of candidates for training will be decided by the State Commission on the basis of an analysis of the documentation submitted. (1) The Commission shall keeps a list of examiners entitled to act as chairperson of the examination board.
(2) The Commission shall enter the list referred to in referred to in paragraph 1. upon request of a person who:
(1) holds a university degree in the field of Polish philology with specialization in teaching Polish as a foreign language specialisation in teaching Polish as a foreign language, attesting a second-cycle qualification or equivalent or a higher education diploma in Polish philology or neophilology, evidence of a second-cycle qualification, or equivalent, and completed post-graduate studies in the field of teaching Polish as a foreign language,
2) have at least three years' experience in teaching Polish as a foreign language obtained in over a period of five years prior to the date of application,
3) no was convicted a final judgment for an intentional crime or an intentional fiscal crime,
4) has completed the training for candidate examiners.
